IT Accounting ERP Analyst
The Accounting ERP Systems Analyst is part of the IT ERP Systems team and is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions to meet the business requirements. Working as an IT Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and documenting user needs, conduct system analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements. This role works closely with stakeholders, such as business users, developers, and product teams, to ensure successful delivery of IT Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert in supporting the assigned Oracle Financials subledgers.
Assist with monitoring production to support high availability to users according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor Incident Management Queue for any issues and address on a timely manner to minimize end user impact. Log Service Requests (SRs) and work with support resources, both internal and 3rd party, to remediate issues.
Assist with ensuring that all change management governance controls adhere to established standards (i.e., proper approvals are acquired) prior to making a configuration change.
Build relationships and work collaboratively within the ERP Systems team and Accounting.
Participate in monthly close process activities and ensure the successful completion of the process.
Participate in Audit activities pertaining to assigned Oracle Financial subledgers.
Ability to work efficiently, with sound analytical and decision-making skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
3 years' of Financial Business Systems Analysis & Support required.
At least 1 year in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials functional integration, production support, and subledger configuration experience in Payables, Receivables, Projects, Fixed Assets or Costing and Inventory.
Accounting or financial business background including experience supporting high-volume accounting and financial services data systems that create, transform, process, and ultimately produce financial statements.
Strong analytical, technical, and complex system troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
Understands and can independently perform the requirement gathering techniques necessary for preparing functional design specifications.
Adept at building accounting system test configurations for business process enhancements in coordination with a project team of IT and business professionals.
Manage production support tasks and complex assignments independently with minimal guidance.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience.
Ability to work in team environment with pressure of competing deadlines and frequent interruptions in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships across IT disciplines and teams including third parties.
Ability to effectively review and identify circumstances and evidence of a problem and apply sound troubleshooting practices to diagnose the root cause of the problem.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA, preferred.
Intermediate level or above MS Excel skills, preferred.
