Supervisor / Mold Setter

Responsibilities: - Set up and operate mold machines according to established procedures and guidelines - Install molds into machines and adjust machine settings as necessary - Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molds or machines - Perform basic maintenance tasks on molds and machines - Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments Experience: -MUST HAVE experience in Plastic Injection Molding - MUST HAVE experience in a Supervisory role - Previous experience as a Mold Setter or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of basic math and ability to perform calculations accurately - Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery - Experience with logic controllers and quality inspection processes is a plus -Bilingual is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
