This role owns the day-to-day performance of the job site-ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to LiveCo's quality standards.You are the field leader who implements what is planned-driving trades, solving problems in real time, and keeping the job moving forward. You set the pace, hold the line on expectations, and ensure the project stays aligned with the timeline established by the Project Manager.What You'll DoLead and coordinate all on-site construction activitiesDrive daily and weekly production to stay on or ahead of scheduleManage subcontractors and enforce accountability to scope, quality, and timelinesPlan ahead-understanding trade sequencing and material lead timesMaintain strict adherence to safety standards and job site complianceConduct regular site walks to ensure workmanship and progress meet expectationsSolve field issues quickly to prevent delays and disruptionsCommunicate real-time updates to the Project Manager and General SuperintendentEnsure site organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at all timesWhat Winning Looks LikeLeads from the front-sets the standard for work ethic across the entire projectFirst on-site when needed, last to leave when required to hit critical milestonesHolds people accountable and pushes when necessary to keep progress movingPlans ahead and makes quick, sound decisions in the fieldCommunicates clearly with trades, leadership, and project teamsMaintains composure under pressure and keeps the job running smoothlyProtects company culture internally and client experience externallyWhat We're Looking For5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experienceStrong ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on scheduleDeep understanding of construction drawings and field executionProven leadership presence on active job sitesStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExperience with Procore or similar construction management toolsOSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Why LiveCoThis is a role for builders who take pride in how a job runs-not just how it finishes.
