Roofing Service Coordinator

WE ARE LOOKING SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE: ROOFING INDUSTRY & SERVICE COORDINATORWe’re ProComm Roofing Group a fast-growing startup in the commercial roofing service industry, and we’re looking for a Service Coordinator who’s ready to help us grow. This is more than an admin role. It’s a leadership position that connects the dots between field crews, clients, and management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing field and office responsibilities, managing schedules, processing payroll, and keeping teams aligned and informed.What You’ll Do:Handle all new account set-upCoordinate service schedules and ensure ETA complianceRespond to leak reports and optimize dispatchingManage payroll, purchase orders, and accounts receivable/payableKeep the CRM updated and communication flowingMonitor service backlog and report weekly performanceCommunicate with clients, sales reps, and field teamsWhat we are looking for:Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role within the service industry and roofing industryAn organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments personCommunicate clearly and effectively, via phone, email, text and CRMHave experience in service coordination or operationsCare deeply about doing things right and supporting your teamKnow how to prioritize and adapt under pressureIf you think you are ready for this amazing opportunity.
