This is a full-time role focused on managing relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in representing Pexco’s high-performance plastic solutions to clients across various industries.QualificationsProven sales and business development skills, including experience in building client relationships and achieving sales resultsStrong understanding of the plastic manufacturing industry, including custom extrusions, precision molding, and advanced materials processingExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectivelyAbility to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teamsHighly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency with CRM software and other sales toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferredExperience in Aerospace, Medical, or Industrial markets is a strong advantageSelf-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in an on-site location
