Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Arlington Heights, Illinois

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2023-2024 school year, serving a K-12 caseload in a vibrant educational setting located in Arlington Heights, IL. This contract position offers a rewarding experience for SLPs dedicated to supporting student communication development across a broad age range.Key Responsibilities: • Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success • Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulations and policiesQualifications and Experience: • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Valid Illinois state license • Professional Educator License (PEL) with an educator endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred • Experience in pediatric and school settings is desirable, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) • Strong interpersonal and communication skillsLocation: This position is based in Arlington Heights, IL, serving a K-12 school community.Benefits and Perks: • Guaranteed weekly pay for consistent income • Access to health, dental, and vision benefits plans • 401(k) enrollment with employer support • Continuing Education Unit (CEU) reimbursement to support professional growth • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $40 to $55Contract Details: • Position start date: March 2 • End date: June 5, 2026 • Full-time, 35 hours per week
