ASCP Med Tech (MT / MLT / CLS / CLT) - Full Time Multiple Shifts / Schedules Available ** Sign-On Bonus Eligible ** MLR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, playing a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Key Responsibilities for a Med Tech: Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and blood bank. Analyze test results, validate data, and ensure accuracy and precision. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibrations and quality control checks. Qualifications for a Med Tech: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Current ASCP certification (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
