Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and creative *Therapist* to deliver group and individual therapy services to clients in our day treatment center. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about early intervention, trauma-informed care, and helping children learn emotional regulation, social skills, and coping strategies in a supportive setting.*Responsibilities:** Provide individual and group therapy to children ages 312 * Develop and implement age-appropriate, individualized treatment plans * Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and support staff to support each childs progress * Utilize play therapy, CBT, and other evidence-informed approaches * Complete timely clinical documentation * Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and family engagement as needed*Qualifications:** Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy * Active licensure in the state of Ohio (LSW, LPC, MFT required; LISW, LPCC, IMFT preferred) * Experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or school-based setting * Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and child development * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment*What We Offer:** Supportive team culture with supervision and mentorship * Opportunities for growth and professional development * Paid CEUs and training opportunities * Competitive salary and benefits package * Mission-driven environment where your work makes a real impactJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insuranceWork Location: In person by Jobble
