On-target earnings (OTE) for first-year representatives who follow our system are $50,000 to $60,000, with top performers earning significantly more. Your income is a direct reflection of your effort—the harder you work, the more you take home. This role does not include traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental, or PTO.
