As a Front End Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need Provide expert advice on our range of eyelash extension supplies and products Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including product displays and signage Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendationsWork Location :Lash Primp Supply Store 2140 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta GA 30309 This is a full-time, hourly position. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in customer service role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Knowledge of Shopify is a plus!
