Its about being warm, organized, and making sure every client feels heard and gets connected to the right person quickly.What Youll Be DoingCalling existing clients to update them on our new website and email systemsChecking in to see how things are going and if we can help with anythingListening for issues or new requests and passing them along to the right team memberAnswering incoming calls, gathering client information, and routing calls to the appropriate personBeing the welcoming, reliable first point of contact our clients love to hear fromPlease Note: This role does not involve technical support or sales.
