Manager, Reporting & Systems DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Reporting & Systems located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Raynham, Massachusetts, or West Chester, Pennsylvania. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. The Manager, Reporting & Systems is responsible for global FM data governance, reporting, and systems enablement, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and decision-ready insights across facilities operations, risk, compliance, and asset performance. This person will be responsible for leading the continuous improvement of reporting processes and enabling systems to support data-driven decision-making and business transformation initiatives. This role serves as the single owner for FM reporting standards, dashboards, and system integration, enabling consistency and transparency across regions and sites. Scope of Role Global footprint: ~ 110 DPS sites Functional scope: FM reporting, analytics, systems governance, data quality Geographic reach: Global Authority: Global reporting standards, system requirements, data definitions Supports scalable, efficient reporting solutions across multi-site and matrixed teams. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain global FM reporting standards, KPIs, and dashboards. Ensure data integrity across FM systems (e.g., asset data, risk, compliance, performance). Partner with IT and FM leaders to enable system integration and automation. Provide executive-level insights on trends, risks, and performance gaps. Support audit, compliance, and risk reporting requirements. Drive simplification and standardization of FM data and tools. Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of reporting systems and frameworks. Analyze performance trends to inform leadership decision-making. Lead change management, training, and communications for new reporting solutions. Optimize user experience, efficiency, and scalability of reporting tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering or related field. 68 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, or systems roles. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Travel up to 1020%.
