Patient Services Associate

A company is looking for a Patient Services Associate who will handle scheduling and pre-registration calls for Radiology appointments. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contact patients and referring physician offices Follow prescribed scripts to provide standardized responses and gather accurate patient data Enter information into applicable computer systems and escalate calls as necessaryRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience required 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required Strong multi-tasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
