We are known for quality execution, strong leadership, and long-term relationships.What You'll DoYou will work alongside the Plumbing Superintendent and Project Managers to support day-to-day field operations across multiple jobs. This includes helping coordinate crews, managing schedules, supporting quality control, and ensuring projects stay on track. You will be involved in planning manpower and materials, reviewing drawings, identifying jobsite issues early, and maintaining clear communication between the field and office. You are organized, dependable, and ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to learn. You communicate well with both field teams and leadership and are motivated to grow into a full superintendent role.Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)5+ years of plumbing experience with at least 1-2 years in a foreman or lead roleStrong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm, and gas systems (medical gas is a plus)Understanding of plumbing and fuel gas codesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittalsExperience supporting crew coordination, scheduling, and jobsite executionStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into leadershipValid driver's license with a clean driving recordIf you are ready to take the next step in your career and grow into a leadership role with a company that invests in your development, we want to connect with you.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
