Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of Fieldwire's core products and help shape the future of how construction teams work together around the world.As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling an industry‐leading jobsite management platform used by hundreds of thousands of construction professionals globally. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go‐To‐Market teams to solve complex real‐world problems and deliver meaningful product innovations that directly impact how projects are built.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard problems, and wants to see their work used daily by professionals building real infrastructure. You will develop deep expertise in both our customers and our market while helping Fieldwire continue its mission to modernize a 12 trillion global construction industry.What you'll be doingA day in the life of a Senior Product Manager will see you:Identify complex, high-impact opportunities and product gaps within the construction technology ecosystemTranslate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomesDrive product vision and execute strategic roadmaps aligned to company growth prioritiesOwn one or more product development teams and lead initiatives across the full product lifecycleCollaborate cross‐functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deeply understand customer needsEngage directly with customers and prospects to validate problems and test solutionsLead rapid experimentation through prototypes, A/B testing, and iterative releases to deliver value quicklyUse data, research, and customer insights to guide product decisions and prioritizationThe primary responsibilities of our next Senior Product Manager will be to:Define and evolve the product strategy for your functional product areaPartner with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to discover, validate, and launch impactful featuresDeliver clear, well‐structured product documentation that aligns technical and business stakeholdersBuild strong empathy for construction professionals and advocate for their needsBreak complex initiatives into phased deliverables that create immediate value while supporting long‐term scalabilityDefine success metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement through data and customer feedbackLead product launches in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teamsContribute to the evolution of Fieldwire's product management practices, frameworks, and cultureMentor peers and help strengthen product excellence across the organizationAt Fieldwire, we're looking for our next Senior Product Manager to have the following skills, experiences, and qualities:STEM degree or equivalent practical experience8+ years of software product management experienceProven ability to partner with Design and Engineering to build impactful, user‐centric productsStrong product intuition with a passion for usability, workflow efficiency, and customer experienceDemonstrated ability to enable high‐velocity product teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical mindset with experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisionsAbility to influence without authority across cross‐functional teamsExperience improving product metrics that drive measurable business outcomesExperience leveraging AI‐assisted product development tools or modern product discovery practicesAnd if you have any of the following, we REALLY want you to apply today!Experience building B2B or SaaS mobile productsConstruction technology or adjacent industry experienceExperience working on workflow, collaboration, or productivity platformsExperience scaling products in growth‐stage environmentsWhy Fieldwire?Fieldwire is a construction field management software, used on over 1,000,000+ projects worldwide. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 30%.Where is the job located?This role is fully remote within the US. Our HQ is in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is located right off of Embarcadero BART station.
