Junior Project Manager / Business Analyst- Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite *AFTER* initial onsite training 5 days per week*** BACHELOR'S REQUIREDRate: $25.19/hw2 no benefits** DESIRED:1-3 YEARS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCEOverview of the Role:This role is for an experienced professional within the Change The Bank Projects function with overlap with the PB Margin team in the Equity Ops team. The individual will be responsible for driving strategic, global business process and technology-based solutions in partnership with the Margin Ops team. This particular position requires a skilled Business Analyst with a strong track record of developing functional knowledge. The role is multi-faceted and requires the candidate to manage projects and documenting business requirementsMain responsibilities:- Business Analysis, Front to Back Processes and Systems Analysis, Gap and Impacts Analysis, Solution Design, Testing and implementing- Interface with a large diversity of stakeholders to identify detailed requirements and define current state of processes and related systems set up- Design future state processes and flows, incorporating requirements, and supporting Margin Operations- Write / document detailed users stories, business requirements, impact assessments and functional specifications- Work with IT to translate detailed business requirements / impacts assessments / functional specifications into future state system specs- Act as liaison/agent between IT and client for requirements and assumptions clarification or validation- Produce user manuals and reference materials, as required- Input to production support of the deployed process/system, as required- Support client service associates and operational personnelSkills Required:- Very strong attention to details- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work and people- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization- Pro activity in suggesting solutions, raising issues, asking questions- Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes and prioritize appropriately across multiple projects- Fluency with all MS Office tools, including Visio, Excel and Power Point- Fluency with Power Tools (PowerBI), Alteryx, UIPath or other automation tools is preferred- Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once- Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem solving skills, be able to work independently.
