Director of Operations | Integrated Community (CIIC) | Steamboat Springs, COWe are looking for a Director of Operations to help us build the internal infrastructure that makes everything else possible.Integrated Community (CIIC) is a nonprofit rooted in the immigrant communities of Northwest Colorado. We are the only BIPOC-led, BIPOC-serving organization across Routt and Moffat Counties, and we have spent 20 years building trust, expanding services, and walking alongside families who came here to belong. With a $1.2M annual budget, a team of 11, and four core program areas (Community Navigation, Language Services, Education, and Mental Health), we are at a moment of real organizational growth. This role exists because we are ready for it.What you will doThe Director of Operations is the connective tissue of CIIC. You will manage day-to-day operations, support financial oversight alongside our bookkeeper, ensure HR systems and compliance are functioning well, and help our small but mighty team work with clarity and purpose. You will report directly to the Executive Director and serve as a key thought partner in organizational decisions.What we are looking for • 3 to 5 years of operations, administration, or organizational management experience (nonprofit experience preferred but not required) • Comfort working in a small, fast-moving organization where no two weeks are the same • Strong organizational systems thinking and attention to detail • Bilingual English/Spanish required — you will work alongside staff, partners, and community members in both languages • Deep alignment with CIIC’s values: Dignity, Empowerment, Equity, and TrustWhy this role mattersStrong operations don’t make headlines. But they make everything else work: the family who gets a navigator appointment on time, the grant report submitted accurately, the staff member who has what they need to do their job well.
