Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a QMS Specialist based in Erie, PA. The QMS Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include performing internal quality audits, analyzing compliance data, developing and updating quality documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, and preparing for external audits. The role involves working closely with various departments to implement corrective and preventive actions aimed at optimizing processes and meeting customer expectations. Qualifications Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and experience with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Proficiency in performing internal audits, compliance analysis, and corrective action implementation.Exceptional skills in documentation, reporting, and quality process improvement.Experience in stakeholder communication, cross-functional team collaboration, and training on quality standards.Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and analysis tools; experience in engineering environments is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
