Our client, a busy plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation stageCommunicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved partiesGather, organize, and maintain case documentation, including medical records and accident reportsAssist with claim preparation, demand packages, and settlement negotiationsTrack case progress, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolutionCoordinate medical treatment and lien-related mattersMaintain accurate and organized case files in case management systemsProvide general support to attorneys and case managers as neededQualificationsMinimum of 3-5+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation (plaintiff-side preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with personal injury case management systemsAbility to work independently and manage a high-volume caseloadStrong attention to detail and follow-throughCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) with employer matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offOpportunities for professional growth and advancement
