Job Opportunity: Insightful Minds Therapy, LLCLooking for passionate therapists to join our team! At Insightful Minds Therapy, we're looking to add therapists to our group who are compassionate, kind, ethical and driven to succeed. Individuals will be hired as independent contractors who are paid via a split fee reimbursement agreement for their services. Therapists can work in office, virtually via telehealth sessions, or a hybrid of both. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health care, with experience in various therapeutic modalities. This role involves providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, including children, adolescents, and families, through both in-person and telehealth sessions. The therapist will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances. Candidates must have LLP, LPC, LSW, LP or TLLP to be considered.Responsibilities:-Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.-Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with ICD-9 coding standards.-Offer telehealth services as needed, ensuring accessibility for all clients.-Foster a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust between the therapist and patients.-Contractor will schedule their own clients, correspond with client communications, and manage their caseload in an ethical and professional fashion.-Contractor will maintain state licensing rules and regulations, making sure their license does not expire, CEUs are met, etc. -Contractor will purchase and provide proof of their own personal liability insurance to conduct services as a clinician -Contractor will assist in collecting payments and copays from clients towards their balance within the clinic. -Contractor acknowledges that during the engagement, he or she will adhere to the ethical standards of practice and follow confidentiality laws governed by HIPAA.Qualifications:-Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. PhD and PsyD also welcome.-Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification that must be fully licensed as an LLP, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LP.-Experience in individual psychotherapy.-Proficiency in telehealth platforms and the ability to provide remote therapy sessions effectively.-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.-Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in mental health therapy.Please submit your resume to info@insightfulmindstherapy.com
