PARS Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated home health PRN Physical Therapist to serve as the patient's partner during their recovery, focusing on restoring motion and ensuring the client's optimal functioning. The successful candidate will aim to maximize the quality of life and movement potential through activities such as promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities: - Identify and address patients' goals and needs. - Provide cost-effective treatments to improve clients' motion and mobility. - Minimize the need for medications and offer alternatives to surgery. - Develop care plans utilizing various treatment techniques. - Design fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to meet individual patient needs. - Deliver top-quality, personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions. - Encourage and motivate patients during treatment to help them achieve optimal functioning. - Promote healthy lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. - Collaborate and work with other healthcare professionals. - Evaluate effects, monitor progress, and communicate effectively. Requirements: - Demonstrated work experience as a physical therapist - Extensive education and clinical expertise - Ability to effectively manage patients with diverse personalities - Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices - Drive for continuous learning and professional growth - Professional conduct - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Valid physical therapy license - Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy Job Types: PRN, Contract Pay: $60.00 - $110.00 per hour Medical Specialty: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule: Choose your own hours License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required) CPR Certification (Required) Ability to Commute: Lumberton, TX (Required) Work Location: In person
