A company is looking for an Outpatient Therapist for a virtual role based in Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy for various behavioral health concerns Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and document clinical interventions in the electronic health record system Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field Full, independent licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D./Psy.D., or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, preferably in an outpatient setting Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly CBT, DBT, and MI American Heart Association CPR certification and training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within specified timeframes
