LOCATION: WINTER GARDEN

Work 3-5 days a week, with 3-5 hours per day, all tailored to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle preferences.
Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
Operating hours: 9am - 5pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with office administration, organization and customer inquiries.
Provide outstanding customer service via email, online live chat and by phone
Assist customers with a range of customer inquiries including returns, exchanges, shipping status, and product questions, etc.
Assist customers with size, fit, and style recommendations
Assist with special order preparation and returns/exchanges
Assist with office organization, records, reporting, and administrative tasks
Keep the office tidy and clean; and wherever help is needed
Keep the office clean, organized and tidy.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a thriving and collaborative work environment.
All around strong team player and provide help where help is needed.
SKILLS NEEDED:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
Detail-oriented with a laser-sharp eye for accuracy.
Strong desire towards service and helping others.
Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to efficiently synthesize findings and create summary reports for teams and executives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
A track record of successfully managing complex customer inquiries.
Openminded and strong ability to constructively process feedback for continuous improvement.
