Technical Recruiter

Duration:3-month contract
A well-established global technology organization with a diverse portfolio spanning e-commerce, digital marketing, advertising, communications, and entertainment is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition team. This division delivers innovative products and services that connect individuals, businesses, and communities worldwide, providing exceptional value and fostering engagement across its platforms. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience
Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers and interview teams, providing market insight and guidance
Source, screen, and engage passive and active candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, ATS, and networking
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance and reporting metrics
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and team culture
Track and analyze recruiting performance metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency
Support recruiting initiatives across multiple functions and geographies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Drive continuous improvements in recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience and employer branding
Qualifications & Requirements
7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; minimum 5 years in technical recruiting
Corporate/in-house recruiting experience required; agency-only backgrounds not sufficient
Experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines; AI or tech industry experience preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions and competing deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience collaborating with senior leaders
Proficient with Workday Recruiter or similar ATS; skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
Bachelors degree preferred
Analytical, metrics-driven approach to recruiting performance
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable; able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Positive, transparent, and solution-oriented attitude, with excellent judgment and discretion
Salary
$55/hr - $65/hr
