This position will assign daily work goals, implement policies and procedures, and recommend ideas for improvements. This position will be responsible for holding production staff accountable for company and individual goals.WHAT YOU'LL DOActively promote UA’s culture development process by modeling the behaviors we would like to see by all staffEnsure all staff is performing job functions in a safe mannerReview, approve, and process staff clocking (as well as vacation requests) daily.
