This role offers flexible shifts, a supportive team environment, and the chance to impact lives through exceptional anesthesia services.Required Skills:Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Michigan or eligible for licensureProven experience in hospital-based anesthesia, particularly with adult and geriatric populationsCompetency in managing a variety of general surgical cases within a Level III trauma settingAbility to work independently within a supervised CRNA modelStrong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with operating room staff and surgical teamsNice to Have Skills:Experience in trauma or emergency surgery environmentsFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsBilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plusPreferred Education and Experience:Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse AnesthesiaMinimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital settingPrior experience covering a range of surgical procedures and trauma casesOther Requirements:Credentialing timeline of approximately 90-120 daysLocal candidates preferred; travel reimbursements available for mileageCertification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) requiredAbility to work scheduled shifts on an 8, 10, or 12-hour basis, with no call responsibilitiesThis is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a renowned hospital while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
