The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential customers, presenting insurance products, and tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and staying knowledgeable about the latest insurance products and services offered by the company. The position also includes meeting sales targets and assisting with training initiatives when required. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needsProficiency in Sales techniques, including the ability to identify client needs and deliver personalized solutionsExperience with Training and Sales Management to support team development and achieve sales targetsAttention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skillsPrior experience in insurance, sales, or related fields is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
