Our focus on quality and customization makes us a trusted leader in the luxury real estate market.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Florida Licensed Architect to join our in-house team full-time.This role involves collaborating closely with our internal engineering and construction teams to develop architectural drawings for custom estates, assist with plan coordination, support permitting processes, and participate in design development.You’ll work in a boutique environment where your ideas have a direct impact on the homes we build.Responsibilities include:Architectural design and drafting for luxury residential projectsCoordination with structural and MEP engineersSupport during permitting, revisions, and plan updatesReviewing site conditions and assisting construction teams as neededEnsuring designs align with building codes and project visionQualifications:✅ Active Florida Architectural License (RA) — mandatory✅ Strong skills in architectural drafting and residential design✅ Comfort working in a design–build environment✅ Ability to collaborate with engineering and construction teams✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to grow within the company✅ Experience with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar (basic proficiency accepted)
