Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst

Working remotely on a contract basis, the System Business Analyst - Healthcare Revenue Cycle will support process improvement and system enhancements by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, while analyzing data and documenting workflows. Key responsibilities Partner with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Evaluate current workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams and support reporting development Required qualifications Knowledge of or experience in hospital Revenue Cycle operations, including billing and collections Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and experience with data reporting Experience creating process maps, functional requirements, and user stories Minimum 1 year of experience developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
