Project Development Manager -renewable

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or extensive background directly in Commercial-Industrial scale Construction Management or Engineering. Ability to develop detailed project budgets and take-offs from design and engineering documents Ability to develop detailed project schedules. Strong grasp of NEC, CA state codes, and jurisdictional requirements 10+ years progressive experience in Commercial and Industrial DER projects such as: Solar PV (Roof-mounts, ground mounts, fixed and tracker mounts, carports, ESS, Microgrids) 10+ years experience with multiple DER technologies - technical knowledge and installation Proficient with computer applications such as MS Office, MS Project/P-6, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jonas Premier. Solid understanding of the building permit process & all building trades, including MEP. Experience establishing and maintaining the highest-level of safety practices. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in a negotiated, customer-service based project delivery environment. OSHA 10 Certification. Strong skill set as a builder and in project management, with a solid record of success Familiarity with and proficiency with utility’s online interface platforms and portals, any related administrative processes i.e. PG&E NEM - Interconnection Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Project management: 10 years (Preferred) renewable/distributed energy: 10 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
