This position collaborates with clinicians, leadership, and IT teams to evaluate and improve workflows, enhance system functionality, and support the adoption of clinical technologies.Key responsibilities include optimizing clinical workflows, supporting EHR governance and system improvements, and providing training and onboarding for staff. The Clinical Informatics Nurse also participates in go-live support, rounding activities, and ongoing education to ensure successful system use and continuous improvement.This role contributes to quality and safety initiatives by monitoring system performance, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
