Varsity Spirit Fashion Sales RepresentativeJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Charlotte, North Carolina (hybrid: home office and local schools, community events, in-person meetings)Territory: Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding region.Work Hours: Vary based on customer needs; evening and weekend work may be required.Travel Requirements: Primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory; occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.ResponsibilitiesPlan and prospect for territory sales.Conduct consultations and fittings with coaches and athletes.Meet and exceed assigned territory sales goals.Provide honest and confident feedback about style and fit.Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise.Maintain personal drive for professional growth.Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers.Travel to appointments within the territory.Excel in a work-from-home environment.Represent Varsity Brands by demonstrating company core values.Recruit for summer camp brands.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.Knowledge of the cheer and dance industry.Willingness to learn in-depth product construction, technicalities, and pricing.Maintain a distraction-free in-home office.Reliable travel for regular face-to-face touchpoints.Strong organizational and follow-through skills.Credibility and personal effectiveness.Generate leads, forecast sales cycle, anticipate problems, and create effective solutions with an aspiration to meet and exceed sales goals.Commit to in-depth learning and career advancement.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business education or related field preferred.Industry experience preferred.At least 2 years of administrative support experience.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, kneeling, walking, and driving.
