Our client is a high-growth international B2B wholesaler and a disruptor in the traditional supply chain landscape. With two massive (300,000+ sq. ft.) distribution centers in Edison, NJ, they are scaling a data-driven fulfillment network that connects global manufacturing with top-tier retailers such as Walmart and Costco. They pride themselves on transparency, efficiency, and a collaborative culture that empowers professionals to design the future of wholesale logistics.Job ResponsibilitiesModular Ownership: Independently oversee and optimize specific workflow segments, including but not limited to Inbound/Receiving, Inventory Control, and Outbound/Shipping.Teamwork & Coordination: Work within a collaborative environment to ensure seamless handoffs between departments, maintaining a unified flow from container unloading to final mile delivery.Operational Excellence: Execute and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a high-volume, multi-channel SKU portfolio, ensuring extreme accuracy in high-pressure environments.System & Data Management: Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track real-time inventory, identify bottlenecks, and implement technical solutions to improve overall operational efficiency.Warehouse Optimization: During this critical scale-up phase, you will actively participate in designing warehouse layouts, slotting strategies, and automation troubleshooting to enhance overall site efficiency.Qualifications1-3 years of experience in large-scale distribution centers (3PL, E-commerce, or Manufacturing), with familiarity in handling high-frequency order flows.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.Proven ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a track record of independently managing complex operational modules.Strong command of WMS/ERP systems and data tools (Excel, SQL, or Power BI) to drive decision-making are preferred.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based model, supporting cross-functional goals beyond individual tasks.Being bilingual (English/Mandarin) is required.Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
