Territory Sales Manager (South Carolina) A

Territory Sales ManagerOur client, due to growth, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a South Carolina territory. Ideal candidates will live in Columbia or Charleston or anywhere in between. In this role, we are seeking individuals who have experience selling PPE or, experience as a Safety Manager. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are also goal-driven and analytical, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers are happy and search for ways to grow our clients sales.ResponsibilitiesDevise effective territory sales and marketing strategiesAnalyze data to find the most efficient sales methodsMeet with customers to address concerns and provide solutionsDiscover sales opportunities through consumer researchPresent safety products (PPE) and services to prospective customersParticipate in industry or promotional events (trade shows) to cultivate customer relationshipsAssess sales performance according to KPIsMonitor competition within assigned regionRequirements and SkillsProven experience as a Territory Manager or Safety ManagerProven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred (willing to train Safety Managers)Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIsExcellent communication skillsOrganizational and leadership abilityProblem-solving aptitudeThe client offers a highly competitive compensation package (salary and commission), monthly car allowance/gas/business expenses and benefits package.
