Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support professional-level hiring across the organisation. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, efficient recruitment process. ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing methodsResearch and develop targeted call lists; conduct direct cold calls to proactively engage top-tier talentDevelop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidatesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective search strategiesScreen CVs and manage candidate distribution and trackingConduct initial phone interviews and recommend qualified candidates for next stepsMaintain consistent follow-up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview processExtend offers and manage candidate closing activities Required QualificationsProven recruiting experience supporting professional-level rolesStrong experience with proactive sourcing and pipeline developmentAbility to conduct effective CV reviews and phone interviewsExperience working closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfil hiring needsStrong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills Preferred QualificationsExperience using creative or non-traditional sourcing strategiesBackground recruiting in fast-paced or high-volume environments Join a leading global organisation that values inclusion, collaboration, and professional growth.
