Product & Launch Manager (Drops & Collaborations)Client: High-growth DTC Personal Care BrandLocation: Remote or Hybrid if local to Phoenix area (travel ~20%)Compensation: $100k - 120k + bonus and equityMust Have: DTC/Consumer Brand exp driving product launches or drops.Summary:We’re partnering with a fast-growing DTC personal care brand looking to hire a Product & Launch Manager (Drops & Collaborations) to own product and drops end-to-end. This isn’t a traditional product role. It’s part product, part merchandising, part brand. You’ll take ideas from concept → sample → launch, while helping build a more creative, collaboration-driven drop engine. You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to bring new products and merch drops to life!What you’ll do:Own product development from concept through launch (samples, testing, approvals)Execute on collaboration drops (licensed/partner-led), ensuring product and merch are developed and delivered on timeManage relationships with contract manufacturers and vendors (travel ~20%)Evaluate samples and drive decision-making with the teamAct as the “air traffic controller” across product, creative, and marketingBring structure and speed to how products get built and launchedProactively identify opportunities and follow through (no hand-holding)What we’re looking for:4+ years product lifecycle exp in a DTC, social-first, challenger brand with a strong voice and track record of creative product launches, collaborations, or drop-style merchandising.Experience touching product, launches, merchandising, or partnershipsExposure to product launches or brand “drops”Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teamsRelationship-oriented—can build and manage vendor/partner relationshipsWilling to travel and be hands-on with manufacturers and partnersAI-forward mindset—uses tools to move faster and work smarter
