This is a perfect opportunity for anyone early in their EAM consulting career and open to making a technology switch to accelerate their career growth.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end EAM software implementations, working closely with clients to gather requirements and design solutionsAct as a subject matter expert on the product suite, supporting configuration, testing, and deploymentProduce key project deliverables including process maps, gap analyses, and functional/technical documentationPartner with Project Managers to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelinesCollaborate with Product & Development teams to resolve issues and enhance solutionsDeliver training, consulting, and post-implementation support to customersTravel to client sites to support implementation and operational improvementsRequirementsConsulting experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementationsStrong ability to translate requirements into solutionsExperience integrating enterprise systems, with knowledge of SQL, databases, or scriptingSolid problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting capabilitiesBusiness process knowledge of asset-intensive, highly-regulated industries (Transit/Rail/Transportation ideal)Willingness to travel in a consulting role
