Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the deployment of large-scale inspection systems across the U.S. southern border location Calexico, CA. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, from construction kickoff through Government acceptance testing (CBP). This individual will serve as the primary on-site point of contact, coordinating across internal teams, subcontractors, government stakeholders, and construction partners to ensure successful project delivery. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, logistical coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple active sites simultaneously in collaboration with other Site Leads. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate installation and commissioning of: Vehicle, cargo, and rail inspection systems and Radiation detection systemsAct as the primary on-site liaison between all stakeholders, including CBP, contractors, and internal teamsCoordinate equipment delivery schedules, site access, work areas, and resource allocationTrack shipments and oversee equipment offloading and laydown logisticsMonitor construction and installation progress against project schedules and milestonesProactively identify risks, delays, and conflicts, and drive resolutionEnsure adherence to project schedules, including long-lead item forecasting and forward planningProvide daily and weekly status updates to stakeholdersSupport site-related requests, issue resolution, and subcontractor coordinationCollaborate with other Site Leads to ensure adequate site coverage and continuityReview technical documentation, drawings, and test plans to ensure proper executionLead and verify system testing activities and ensure readiness for acceptanceRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience managing technical teams in: Construction, Field service or Installation environmentsStrong understanding of construction project lifecycles and coordination across disciplinesAbility to read and interpret: Technical drawings, Specifications, Test plans, or Engineering documentationFamiliarity with construction and technical terminology (civil, MEP, rail systems)Experience working with project schedules, including: Gantt charts, MS Project or similar toolsAbility to manage logistics such as delivery tracking, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholdersStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to act as the central coordination point on-siteAbility to pass CBP Public Trust Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage schedules and site prioritiesPay$40hr - $50hr + OT pay
