Technical Business Analyst

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Deployment Manager for a top retail and grocery industry client. This individual will be responsible for planning, engineering, and deploying critical IT systems and infrastructure across enterprise environments. The role blends hands-on technical execution with project ownership, requiring someone who can translate business needs into technical solutions, manage deployments, and collaborate across engineering, product, QA, and business teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with POS experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to take ownership of small to medium projects from initiation through deployment in a hybrid onsite environment.Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of overall IT / systems infrastructure experiencePOS experience with NCR POS EX (2.0) or NCR POS Emerald (1.0)Experience managing and executing deploymentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Excel skillsWorking knowledge of SQLBatch scripting experienceExperience managing projects end-to-endAbility to work independently with minimal supervision (self-starter)Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical)Hands-on hardware experience, including lab environment work
