Plant Training Coordinator

Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.In this role, The Plant Training Coordinator will be responsible for administering comprehensive training systems for plant team members inclusive of technical training, required compliance training, new hire onboarding, and more. You will develop training materials, document team member completion, and evaluate program effectiveness.
