E-Commerce Analyst
Our Nashville-based retail client is seeking an E-Commerce Analyst to join their team in a part-time freelance capacity!This is an immediate need with an anticipated duration of 4-6 weeks while the team recruits for a permanent hire. Hours are flexible, with a minimum commitment of approximately 20 hours per week. Candidates local to the Nashville area may be considered for a temp-to-hire opportunity if interested in a longer-term role.The E-commerce Analyst will serve as a key resource supporting the day-to-day health and functionality of the company's ecommerce site. This individual will help troubleshoot website issues, manage product information, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth online customer experience.Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external partners.- Monitor site functionality and escalate technical concerns as needed.- Manage product information on the ecommerce site, including SKU, inventory, and catalog updates.- Maintain data accuracy across product listings and site content.- Participate in testing and validation of website updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.- Generate reports and analyze data using Excel to identify issues and opportunities.- Track requests, projects, and issue resolution through Jira.- Communicate status updates and collaborate effectively with ecommerce, IT, and logistics stakeholders.Requirements:- 2+ years of experience supporting ecommerce websites, digital operations, online merchandising, or related ecommerce functions.- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.- Experience managing online product catalogs, SKU data, or product information.- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Nice to Have:- Experience with Kibo Commerce or a similar ecommerce platform.- Familiarity with Jira or other ticket tracking systems.- Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, or order management platforms.- Retail or consumer-facing ecommerce experience.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.Benefits Email Your Resume In Word ToJennifer.Scott@jobalert.creativecircle.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
