Microsoft 365 Solutions ArchitectCTG is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Applications Team. This is a full-time remote opportunity for a highly skilled technology leader who is passionate about designing innovative solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, and partnering with clients to deliver measurable business value. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, helping shape solution strategy, support business development efforts, and guide successful delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and technical teams to develop and mature CTG's solution offerings while maintaining strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignSales & Client EngagementDelivery & Solution ManagementThought LeadershipRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher.10+ years of experience in solution design, development, and management.5-8 years of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect focused on application development and information management.5+ years of experience developing solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.3+ years of experience architecting and developing solutions using .NET Core, Azure Functions, Docker, and Kubernetes.5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise web portals utilizing: ASP.NET MVC React Angular Node.js Bootstrap Other modern JavaScript frameworksStrong experience developing solution proposals, estimating costs, and articulating business value.Proven ability to work with executive leadership and client stakeholders.Demonstrated success overseeing multiple concurrent technology initiatives.Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
