Finding the right match forthis role is a critical aspect ofcontinuingthat success.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Analyst / Quality Validation Analyst to support data accuracy and integrity across call center and billing operations. This role will focus on verifying data, performing quality checks, and validating billing and customer interaction information to ensure accurate reporting, invoicing, and operational performance. This role requires a proactive, detail oriented professional who can work collaboratively with many cross functional teams. This role is located in Stamford, CT and will require onsite or hybrid work schedule (5 days a week onsite or hybrid of 4 days onsite, 1 day from home). This role does not support candidates who require visa sponsorship or visa transfer. All qualified candidates must be eligible to work now, or in the future, without requiring visa sponsorship or C2C.ResponsibilitiesVerify and validate call center and billing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyPerform ongoing quality checks across multiple systems, reports, and data sourcesReview billing transactions to ensure alignment with customer activity and service usageIdentify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistenciesSupport reconciliation efforts between call center platforms and billing systemsPartner with multiple cross functional teams to ensure data integrityDocument findings, root causes, and recommend process improvementsAssist with audits, compliance checks, and data validation effortsRequirementsMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, quality validation and verification, billing operations, or call center supportStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience working with billing systems and large datasetsAdvanced Excel skills required; SQL or reporting dashboard experience in Jira, Power Bi or Tableau preferredAbility to perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysisExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesExperience in telecom or technology subscription-based billing environmentsFamiliarity with call center technologies (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9)Exposure to data quality frameworks, financial controls, or audit processesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, adaptable, and team-orientedBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related is requiredCompensationSand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $60,000- $80,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
