This role suits a mid-to-senior backend engineer who's comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment and can keep critical transactional systems running reliably around the clock.ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize scalable backend services and distributed systems in Golang for 24/7 trading and sports-domain applicationsContribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviewBuild sports/prediction-market domain knowledge into the core backend, including real-time data feeds and interactive mechanicsDiagnose and resolve bottlenecks in large-scale, high-concurrency infrastructureProvide high-tier operational support for real-time client issuesRequirementsMust-haves:Solid mid-to-senior backend experienceSports/prediction-market exposure, or strong adjacent trading/transactional domain experienceGolang, Postgres, Redis, KafkaStrong communication, comfortable in cross-functional global teamsNice-to-haves:Transaction-heavy/payment ledger experienceConcurrent systems, race-condition mitigation, distributed state machinesStartup/fast-paced environment backgroundPlease note: only suitable candidates will be contacted
