ACT Team Leader - Social Worker or Therapist

The ACT Team Lead provides clinical leadership for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, overseeing assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination for individuals with severe mental illness.They supervise team members, develop treatment plans, and ensure services meet best practices and regulatory standards.Responsibilities include directing daily operations, managing staff scheduling, leading treatment meetings, overseeing client assessments, and facilitating admissions.The role involves documentation oversight, crisis intervention, motivating clients, and maintaining productivity standards.Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, with at least six years of clinical experience and supervisory background preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.Time commitment is full-time.
