This role involves general janitorial duties, scheduled maintenance cleaning, and occasional post-construction cleanup at various locations. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, enjoys physical work, and takes pride in creating clean, hygienic spaces for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, common areas, offices, and other workspaces.Empty trash and recycling bins, dispose of waste properly, and restock consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).Maintain and operate cleaning equipment — e.g. vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners — and ensure proper use, cleaning, and storage of supplies and equipment.Perform post-construction cleaning duties as needed: removing debris, dusting/cleaning surfaces, windows, and ensuring new or renovated spaces are ready for occupancy.
