Senior Business Systems Analyst, Quality Management - EtQ Reliance

ResponsibilitiesWork with business users to understand requirements and provide system solutions for sophisticated business problems.Lead or participate in multiple internal projects to implement new functionalities and improve existing ones, including articulating, analyzing requirements, and translating them into effective solutions.Configure and develop EtQ Reliance for new initiatives and maintain existing processes.Support global Quality Operations.Prepare and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing scripts.Collaborate with third-party partners, including contract manufacturers.Build training documentation and deliver training to end users, team members, and relevant partners.Qualifications12+ years of EtQ Reliance experience working on quality-related modules.Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment; detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Hands-on experience with Reliance Change Management, Customer Returns (RMA), and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).Experience configuring Reliance and scripting in Python for quality management modules.Ability to architect solutions and integrate them seamlessly with other teams.Strong exposure to Integration/Connection Profiles in EtQ Reliance.Experience with custom solution implementation across various RICEFW.User profile maintenance, administration, and Reliance Engine experience.Ways to Stand Out from the CrowdMultiple end-to-end lifecycle implementations of the Quality Management module.Integration with SAP to/from Reliance Quality Management modules.Experience with upgrade and infrastructure projects.Semiconductor industry experience is highly desirable.Implementation of industry best practices.Salary & BenefitsYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
