Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, the firm is dedicated to championing the best interests of consumers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a Software Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement software solutions to enhance the firm’s legal operations. Responsibilities include writing and testing efficient, scalable code, developing and maintaining back-end systems, and leveraging programming best practices to create reliable software. You will also evaluate existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the development of new tools to optimize internal workflows. Qualifications Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithmsExperience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development processesStrong skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Familiarity with database management and system development techniquesExcellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fieldUnderstanding of project management principles is a plusPrior experience in legal-tech solutions or working within the legal industry is highly desirable
