FS8 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate FS8 experience. As an FS8 Head Trainer, you will manage the team of full-time and part-time trainers as well as run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the FS8 Pilates-Tone-Yoga brand throughout our market area. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for managing all aspects of the FS8 Athletics Staff and Athletic Operations of the FS8 StudioManage the team of full-time and part-time trainers using the FS8 MethodologyPromote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at FS8Inspire members to fully utilize all FS8 resources to achieve personal fitness goalsConduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial membersFocus on membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activitiesSetup the studio for specific FS8 training classesEnsure the studio is impeccably maintainedParticipate in the monthly FS8 Athletics webinarsConduct weekly and monthly meetings with the coach's team to go over new FS8 phasesEnsure coaches are following opening and closing proceduresConduct studio toursAnswering phone callsHelp with membership sales Qualifications:3-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer with Pilates backgroundMust hold a current fitness certification from an FS8-approved education entity as followed; an Industry Certified Pilates Certification such as a Diploma in Pilates, or a Cert 3/4 in Pilates, or the FS8 Trainer Certification, or an NCCA approved certification as either a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Group Fitness Instructor (GFI/Group X)Must have CPR/AED/First Aid CertificationExceptional communication skillsAbility to develop strong relationships with membersSolid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiologyMotivated and passionate about health and fitnessReliable and punctual with excellent attention to detailWillingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons/eveningsCompensation: $47,500.00 - $75,000.00 per yearWe embody and live our brand.
