A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - ED Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12s) • 48-hour weekly guarantee available • Must be willing to float to other units as needed • 2 years of nursing experience required • Charge nurse experience preferred (additional compensation available) • Cerner EMR experience required • Black scrub colors required per dress code policy • Provide nursing care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience • Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel • Work in 38-bed emergency department • NIH certification recommended but not required • Must be available to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive emergency department with 38 beds and maintains Trauma Level III certification.
